OK - I know a lot of you have the new CD from being at the show this past weekend and those of you that pre-ordered, your CD's are in the mail to you, so I would like to hear some feedback from you. I know that I have played mine to the point that if it was a vinyl record, I would have had to replace it already! LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you get the impression that I like it? This CD is a little different that most live CD's you buy because it is basically an unedited concert. Usually when you get a concert that is "live" it has been remastered and edited so much in the studio that it is hard to believe it really is a live concert. That is not the case with this one - you get ALL of the feel of actually being there because you get all of Crash's personality that you see come out when he is on stage and the music is INCREDIBLE! I get goosebumps whenever I hear him do these songs.
Anyway, would like to some other feedback if you would like to share.

I love love love it. It is like taking the concert home with me. It has my favorite song in the whole work Love Me, Marty Robbins song. Crash has the purest voice on the ballets. Thank you to whom ever was responsible for it. It is the best he has done.

I'm glad you brought this subject up.. Those long time members know I've written reviews of some of Crash's earlier albums, and can't wait to review this one. However, my mailman hasn't made my day yet. I'm hopeful he will tomorrow. I think my copy was mailed on Monday, so hopefully tomorrow is the day.

Oh My Goodness !!!! I can't stop listening to this CD. Since I was at the show, I can remember every little detail clearly while listening to this CD. The sound is flawless - Mitch Snow did an amazing job mastering the sound on this CD. If you don't have a copy, you must buy one. It is that spectacular. I'll do a formal review in the next day or so. I've already listened to it four times from start to finish since it arrived yesterday. Could it really be possible that CRASH is singing better than ever ? I think he just might be. :-) Thank you CRASH for the CD of a lifetime. WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I'm not one to have the know how to pick a song apart, or to comment on sound and graphics. So.... here is my version of a "review" of "Alive and Kickin"
Is it pleasing to my ear?? OH, YES!!
Are the graphics attractive? VERY MUCH SO! Front Side AND Back Side!! And the photos inside the case.
How often do I listen to this CD! EVERY DAY! In the house or car.
Would I recommend this CD to others? YES! That's why I ordered an extra for a loaner, hoping they'll buy one!
How does this make me feel while listening? GREAT! Since I was at the concert, I can see the concert in my mind and wonder when I'll attend another concert.
Do I like this CD? YOU BETCHA! I tell people that Crash could sing nursery rhymes and I'd think they're great!
Like you, Nell, everytime I'd hear him sing those "other guys songs", I'd go out and purchase that artist's CD, just for the one song!!But, I like Crash's version best!!
