Due to a tremendous interest in the Crash's Smashes CD, Crash has decided that he is going back into the studio to record a greatest hits album. As a lot of you know, he had already made plans to record another gospel album and a country album of some of his favorite songs but the demand has been so great for some of his hits that he has decided to record the greatest hits album first. Hopefully, we will have it in the very near future. Keep watching.[glow=red,2,300][/glow]

That is great news!!
Just to mention what his Christmas CD has done to me this year!! I have actually been Christmas shopping, via phone, before Dec. 1st,something I don't remember ever doing this early before. Guess Crash singing Christmas music has put me in a Christmas mood. Wonders never cease!! Kaye

Just today, I have received my "Crash" Chrishmas CD! So many emotions of hearing him sing again at this time! I love it, of course!

I'm really glad to hear that CRASH is talking about going back into the recording studio... I hope he records a couple of NEW songs to complete the CD.. sort of a BEST OF NOW & THEN collection.. He has got to get BITTER THEY ARE, HARDER THEY FALL on a CD.. He blew mw away with his live version of this... Help me, Nell. Tell him that the fans deserve a studio version of this song.

I do not think there will be any "new" songs on the greatest hits - just new versions of the "old" songs. However, remember that Crash is going to be doing at least 2 more new albums - a hard country album (which just may contain Bitter They Are) and a new gospel album. You are right in that all Crash fans deserves to have a recording of that song (as well as his version of the Vern Gosdin song, Do You Believe Me Now. Both songs give me goose bumps on top of my goose bumps! Nice to hear from you Gregg.

Debinga: I'm glad to see someone else converted their Lps to Cds.. I spent over a year tying to find the bst condition Lps on E-Bay etc.. to avoid the pops and cracks that records have when I converted mine. I recently coverted "Smacky Mouth" from 1957 to CD.. it's a cute tune. I found it on an LP from THE NETHERLANDS.. it didn't have the flip side.. It's the only song I dont have by CRASH... Can anybody help ?
