It is with great sorrow that we have learned that Bernice has passed away today. Berniece was a very devoted fan of Crash and Fan Club Rep for many, many years. She will be missed by all of the fans that have known and loved her for so long. Our thoughts and prayers are with Homer and his family during this time of grief.

We, too, are saddened after hearing this. I had three phone calls last night informing me so I did know last night.
Bernice and Homer were among our earliest friends within the Crash group. We are from MO, so very early in our Crash years,we began hanging out with them. Over the years she faced many health challenges, but rarely missed a Crash concert until she was worse and was in a nursing home. She was such an inspiration, would come to the concerts with a broken leg and in a wheel chair. I esp remember seeing Homer pushing her on a grassy area at Bevier,MO, so she could get a better look at Crash. Other health problems she encountered would have kept many people home, but not Bernice! She loved Crash, and many times she told me of the first time Crash was at FanFair, early in his career. She was there and from that point on she was hooked!
She and I used to have lengthy phone conversations, and I have missed those since she entered the home. I may have spoken to her one time. We have kept in touch with her via Homer, but not as often as we should have. That man is a saint, he was so devoted to taking care of her....every day.
Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Kaye We will miss her!

We will miss Bernice very much, Bernice was with my family when I was born at Norton's Hospital in Louisville Kentucky. Homer and Bernice stood by my grandpa's side, (nervous scotty) because his first granddaughter was about to be born! Bernice and Homer gave me my very first gift when I was born. Bernice was loved very much by our family. Our prayers go out to her family. We love you Homer.
